. Introduction Welcome to our Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training course. By enrolling in this course, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
3. Course Content

The MHFA course covers topics such as recognising signs of mental health issues, providing initial help, and guiding individuals towards professional support.

Course materials are provided for personal use only and must not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
4. Attendance and Participation

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and actively participate in course activities.

Certificates of completion will be awarded to participants who attend all sessions and complete all required assessments.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Participant:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Organiser:

If the course is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date.

6. Rescheduling

Participants may request to reschedule their course attendance up to 7 days before the course start date without penalty.

Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the course start date will incur a $100 fee.
7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants.

Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without refund.
8. Liability

The organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the course.

Participants are responsible for their own well-being and safety during the course.
9. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of course administration and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
10. Amendments

The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
